Diaporthein B
Diaporthein B is a highly oxidized pimarane diterpenoid with demonstrated bioactivity. It exhibits antitubercular effects against M. tuberculosis (MIC 3.1 μg/mL) and shows in vitro cytotoxicity against HCT 116 and LoVo colon cancer cell lines, with IC50 values of 1.5-3 μM.
