UT-11
UT-11 is a brain-penetrant small molecule inhibitor of microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) . It demonstrates potent inhibition of PGE2 synthesis with IC50 values of 0.10 μM in human SK-N-AS cells and 2.00 μM in murine BV2 cells. This inhibitor is a valuable research tool for studying neuroinflammation and pain pathways in both cellular and animal models.
