USP28-IN-3
USP28-IN-3 is a potent and selective USP28 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.1 μM) with additional activity against several other deubiquitinases. It demonstrates anticancer effects in vitro, notably in colorectal and lung squamous carcinoma cells, by promoting c-Myc degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.
