Diamino lipid DAL4
DAL4 is a diamino lipid used to formulate novel lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for mRNA delivery. These LNPs encapsulate mRNAs encoding cytokines such as IL-12, IL-27, and GM-CSF, enabling research into their anti-tumor activity through targeted delivery to tumor cells in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
