PPARγ/GR Modulator 1 is an orally active dual agonist targeting Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Gamma (PPARγ) and the Glucocorticoid Receptor (GR) with Ki values of 3.3 and 33.6 μM, respectively. It is used in metabolic disease research, such as diabetes, for both in vitro and in vivo experimental studies.
