Antimalarial agent 19 (6e) is active against blood-stage P. falciparum K1 (EC50 0.3 μM) and P. berghei (EC50 15.3 μM) . It possesses favorable solubility, permeability, and metabolic stability, supporting its investigation in both in vitro antimalarial assays and in vivo rodent model studies for novel chemotherapeutic development.
