2'-O- (2-Methoxyethyl) guanosine 5'-triphosphate ammonium

2’-O- (2-Methoxyethyl) guanosine 5’-triphosphate (ammonium) is a purine nucleoside analog with broad antitumor activity, notably against indolent lymphoid cancers. Its mechanisms, which include DNA synthesis inhibition and apoptosis induction, have been validated in both in vitro cell culture studies and in vivo animal models of hematological malignancies.
