Pazufloxacin
Pazufloxacin (T-3761) is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including quinolone-resistant strains. It demonstrates potent in vivo efficacy in systemic, pulmonary, and urinary tract infection models in mice and inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase in vitro.
