LtIA-F
LtIA-F is a novel fluorescent derivative of the α-conotoxin LtIA, designed as a key pharmacological probe for the α3β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) subtype. It enables detailed investigation of receptor distribution, ligand-binding domains, and structure-function relationships in both in vitro binding assays and live-cell imaging studies.
