(±) -Evodiamine
(±) -Evodiamine is a natural topoisomerase I inhibitor that suppresses adipogenesis and inflammation via modulation of IGF-1/HIF-1α, IL-6/STAT, and NF-κB pathways. It has been studied in vitro and in vivo for its roles in inhibiting cancer cell invasion, promoting apoptosis, and blocking TNF-induced Akt activation.
