Bleformin A
Bleformin A is a natural butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitor isolated from Bletilla striata with an IC50 of 5.2 μM. It is a research tool for studying Alzheimer's disease, applicable in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo pharmacological models to investigate cholinesterase inhibition.
