SNIPER (ABL) -015
SNIPER (ABL) -015 is a heterobifunctional degrader that conjugates the ABL inhibitor GNF5 to the IAP ligand MV-1. It effectively induces the degradation of BCR-ABL with a DC50 of 5 μM, providing a useful chemical tool for targeted protein degradation research in oncology, both in vitro and in vivo.
