Carbavance
Carbavance is a fixed-dose combination of meropenem and vaborbactam, a beta-lactamase inhibitor. It is used in research to study treatments for complex urinary tract infections (cUTI) and pyelonephritis. This combination is investigated in vitro and in vivo for its efficacy against resistant Gram-negative bacterial pathogens.
