SDOX
SDOX is a glutathione (GSH) -activated prodrug of Doxorubicin (DOX) designed for targeted chemotherapy. It selectively releases DOX within tumor cells exhibiting high GSH levels, minimizing off-target toxicity. This mechanism supports its application in researching targeted cancer therapies in both in vitro and in vivo models.
