FAP-PI3KI1
FAP-PI3KI1 is a fibroblast-activated protein (FAP) -directed small molecule that selectively inhibits PI3K in FAP-expressing cells, such as those in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) . It demonstrates efficacy in reducing collagen production and deposition in relevant in vitro and in vivo fibrotic disease models.
