DIZ-3
DIZ-3 is a selective multimeric G-quadruplex (G4) ligand that stabilizes higher-order G4 structures by dimerizing at the G4-G4 interface. This mechanism induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, showing potent anti-proliferative activity in vitro against cancer cells utilizing the Alternative Lengthening of Telomeres (ALT) pathway.
