TCL053
TCL053 is an ionizable lipid that forms a key component of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for nucleic acid delivery. When formulated with DPPC, PEG-DMG, and cholesterol, these LNPs enable the delivery of CRISPR-Cas9 components (mRNA and sgRNA) for genetic research in skeletal muscle models, both in vivo and in vitro.
