RNA polymerase II-IN-2

RNA polymerase II-IN-2 (compound 20iii) is a potent Pol II inhibitor with a Ki of 9.5 nM. It exhibits significant cytotoxicity, being 2- and 5-fold more toxic than α-amanitin in CHO and HEK293 cells, respectively. This inhibitor is a valuable tool for studying transcription mechanisms and cancer cell biology in vitro.
