Pentamer Hydrogen Thiophene Acetic Acid (p-HTAA) is a small-molecule imaging agent that selectively binds to amyloid-beta plaques. It enables the detection and study of Aβ deposits in both live animal models (in vivo) and in laboratory-based (in vitro) assays for Alzheimer's disease research.
