EthD-III
EthD-III is a red-fluorescent nucleic acid stain (Ex/Em=530/645 nm) used to selectively label dead cells with compromised membranes. It is widely applied in both in vitro and in vivo research for apoptosis studies, cytotoxicity assays, and viability assessments in cell biology and drug discovery.
