RCTR1
RCTR1 is a specialized pro-resolving mediator biosynthesized from DHA that enhances macrophage phagocytosis and reduces neutrophil chemotaxis in vitro. It accelerates tissue regeneration in planaria and promotes the resolution of E. coli-induced peritonitis in mice by shortening inflammation and reducing neutrophil infiltration.
