Lys-CoA TFA
Lys-CoA TFA is a potent and selective p300 histone acetyltransferase (HAT) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 50-500 nM and over 100-fold selectivity versus PCAF. It effectively blocks p300-dependent transcriptional activation and is a valuable chemical probe for studying epigenetic regulation in cancer and cellular differentiation research in vitro.
