Arylsulfatase

Arylsulfatase enzymes (types A, B, C) hydrolyze aryl sulfate esters. These research tools are applied in studies of lysosomal storage disorders (e.g., metachromatic leukodystrophy, mucopolysaccharidosis VI) and sulfatase metabolism in both cellular and biochemical assays.
