Mirococept
Mirococept (APT070) is a membrane-targeted C3 convertase inhibitor that binds C3b/C4b. It reduces inflammation and immune cell infiltration, showing benefits in islet transplantation models. It also decreases vascular permeability and neutrophil migration in intestinal and pulmonary injury studies.
