Dihydrorhodamine 6G
Dihydrorhodamine 6G (DHR 6G) is a cell-permeable, non-fluorescent probe that is oxidized to fluorescent Rhodamine 6G by reactive oxygen species (ROS), enabling detection. It is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo research for monitoring oxidative stress, particularly within mitochondrial compartments, in fields such as neurobiology and immunology.
