Pobilukast
Pobilukast (SKF 104353, CAS 128-63-53-4) is a selective cysteinyl leukotriene receptor antagonist. It inhibits phosphatidylinositol metabolism and LTD4-induced thromboxane synthesis, and is used in research models such as myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (MI/R) injury in rats to study cardioprotective mechanisms.
