(S) -Vamicamide (CAS 13483-86-1) is a novel anticholinergic agent. In vivo studies demonstrate it enhances spontaneous locomotor activity in mice at doses ≥32 mg/kg (p.o.) and suppresses tonic convulsions at 100 mg/kg, supporting research in neuropharmacology and central nervous system disorders.
