Thymidine-5'-O- (α, β-methylene) diphosphate sodium
Thymidine-5’-O- (α, β-methylene) diphosphate (TMP-CP) is a hydrolysis-resistant thymidine diphosphate analog that acts as a thymidine kinase inhibitor (Ki = 23 μM) . It is a key synthetic intermediate for producing α, β-methylene-dTTP, a non-hydrolyzable nucleotide used to study DNA polymerase mechanisms in vitro.
