Uridine 5'-methylenediphosphate sodium
Uridine 5’-methylenediphosphate (UMP-CP) is a stable UDP analog and potent P2Y14 receptor agonist. It selectively inhibits cAMP production in human P2Y14-expressing cells (EC50 = 11 nM) over P2Y6 (EC50 = 339 nM) . This tool compound is valuable for in vitro studies of purinergic signaling, inflammation, and immune cell function.
