Soluble Epoxide Hydrolase PROTAC 1a
SEH PROTAC 1a is a bifunctional degrader that selectively eliminates soluble epoxide hydrolase via lysosomal degradation. It potently inhibits sEH hydrolase activity and has been shown in cellular models, such as HepG2 and 293T cells, to alleviate endoplasmic reticulum stress markers like p-IRE1α and XBP1 splicing.
