Plipastatin A1
Plipastatin A1 is a Bacillus cereus-derived lipopeptide that potently inhibits phospholipases A2, C, and D (IC50s: 2.9, 1.3, 1.4 μM) . It suppresses LPS- and concanavalin A-induced lymphocyte blastogenesis in vitro and demonstrates in vivo immunosuppressant activity by inhibiting delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice.
