Z-CITCO
Z-CITCO is the cis-isomeric form of the CAR agonist CITCO, functioning as a potent agonist for the constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) with an EC50 of 3.9 μM in human reporter assays. This small molecule is widely used in vitro and in vivo to study CAR-mediated pathways in xenobiotic metabolism, liver regeneration, and chemical carcinogenesis.
