Sulfonadyn-47 is a dynamin GTPase inhibitor with an IC50 of 3.5 μM, disrupting clathrin-mediated endocytosis in cells and synaptic vesicle recycling in synaptosomes. It demonstrates in vivo anticonvulsant efficacy in a 6 Hz corneal kindling mouse seizure model at 30-60 mg/kg, supporting research in neurobiology and endocytosis.
