Mitraciliatine
Mitraciliatine is a Kratom-derived alkaloid acting as a partial μ-opioid receptor (MOR) agonist and κ-opioid receptor (KOR) agonist, showing selectivity over δ-opioid receptors. In vivo, it produces antinociception in mice mediated primarily by MOR, without the hyperlocomotion or respiratory depression associated with morphine, making it a useful research tool for studying opioid pharmacology.
