CELT-133

CELT-133 is a potent and selective fluorescent antagonist for the hα1A adrenergic receptor (Ki = 5 nM), with uniform affinity across α1 subtypes. Its excitation/emission at 560/571 nm makes it an ideal TR-FRET acceptor with CoraFluor 1, enabling high-throughput screening and receptor localization studies in vitro.
