UCB7362 hydrochloride
UCB7362 hydrochloride is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of plasmepsin X (PMX) with an IC50 of 7 nM. It demonstrates potent antimalarial activity by inhibiting parasite growth in vitro and has shown efficacy in reducing parasite burden in preclinical in vivo models of malaria.
