Orbofiban TFA
Orbofiban TFA is an orally bioavailable antagonist of the platelet GPIIb/IIIa receptor, inhibiting platelet aggregation. It is used in research models of unstable coronary syndromes, including in vitro platelet function assays and in vivo thrombosis studies.
