TT-012
TT-012 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of MITF that disrupts its dimerization and DNA-binding activity, thereby suppressing MITF-dependent transcription. It demonstrates anti-tumor and anti-metastatic efficacy in melanoma models, such as B16F10 cells, while showing reduced cytotoxicity toward liver and immune cells in vitro and in vivo.
