FSEN1 is a potent and novel non-competitive FSP1 inhibitor (IC50 = 313 nM) that induces ferroptosis in cancer cells. It is a valuable research tool for investigating ferroptosis mechanisms and has demonstrated efficacy in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo tumor model studies for cancer research.
