SPEN inhibitor 1
SPEN-IN-1 (X1) is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the SPEN protein, with a Kd of 47 nM. It specifically targets the RepA domain of Xist non-coding RNA, a key region for epigenetic silencing. This inhibitor is a valuable chemical probe for studying Xist-mediated gene repression in both cellular and biochemical assays.
