XE991
XE991 dihydrochloride is a selective Kv7 (KCNQ) channel blocker that potently inhibits Kv7.1, Kv7.2, and Kv7.2/7.3 heteromers, thereby suppressing the neuronal M-current. It is widely used in vitro and in vivo to investigate the role of these channels in epilepsy, pain, and cognitive disorders.
