Apicidin
Apicidin (OSI 2040) is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor with antiproliferative and antiparasitic properties. It has been shown to reduce amyloid-beta load and improve memory in APP/PS1 mouse models of Alzheimer's disease, while also inducing apoptosis and autophagy in leukemia cell research.
