SWTX-143 is a covalent, pan-TEAD inhibitor that irreversibly occupies the palmitoylation site, blocking YAP/TAZ-TEAD transcriptional activity. This mechanism has shown antitumor efficacy in preclinical models, supporting its use in vitro and in vivo for cancer research, particularly targeting the Hippo signaling pathway.
