SR-1114 is a novel PROTAC that potently degrades the ENL protein via the CRBN pathway, demonstrating DC50 values of 150 nM in MV4;11, 311 nM in MOLM-13, and 1.65 μM in OCI/AML-2 cells. This degrader is a valuable chemical tool for investigating ENL's role in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in both cellular and in vivo models.
