SEH/FLAP-IN-1
SEH/FLAP-IN-1 (Compound 46A) is a potent dual inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) and 5-lipoxygenase-activating protein (FLAP), with EC50 values of 18 nM and 11 nM, respectively, in cellular assays. It is a research tool for studying the roles of eicosanoid pathways in inflammation, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo inflammatory disease models.
