SEH/FLAP-IN-1 (Compound 46A) is a potent dual inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) and 5-lipoxygenase-activating protein (FLAP), with EC50 values of 18 nM and 11 nM, respectively, in cellular assays.
