Ru3 is a PARP1 inhibitor that induces apoptosis in MCF-7 breast cancer cells via DNA damage, impaired repair, cell cycle disruption, and mitochondrial dysfunction. It is a research tool for studying PARP biology and apoptosis mechanisms in vitro.
