RIPK3-IN-4
RIPK3-IN-4 (Compound 42) is a small molecule inhibitor of RIPK3, effectively blocking necroptosis and inflammatory responses. It demonstrates protective effects in models of acute kidney injury, mitigating cell damage in HK-2 cells in vitro and reducing kidney injury induced by Cisplatin or ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) in vivo.
