RIPK1-IN-17 is a dual RIPK1/RIPK3 inhibitor that blocks necroptosis by preventing the phosphorylation of RIPK1, RIPK3, and MLKL. It has demonstrated in vivo efficacy by protecting mice from TNF-induced systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), hypothermia, and lethality, making it a valuable research tool for studying necroptosis in inflammatory disease models.
