RIOK2-IN-1 (com 4) is a selective RIOK2 inhibitor (Kd = 150 nM) with low cellular potency (IC50 = 14.6 μM) . Its derivative, CQ211, demonstrates enhanced efficacy, inhibiting proliferation in MKN-1 and HT-29 cancer cell lines and reducing tumor growth in MKN-1 mouse xenograft models, supporting oncology and ribosome biogenesis research.
